responsibilities	Build identity and access management — configure single sign-on, automate joiner / mover / leaver workflows, run access reviews, and automate ad hoc access requests.; Manage our endpoint fleet — migrate and expand our MDM systems to simplify onboarding, off-boarding, vulnerability management, and compliance.; Administer the SaaS estate — configure, harden, and manage our Google Workspace, Slack, and portfolio of SaaS tools.; Keep our office tech stack solid — wired, wireless, and zero-trust VPN networks performant and secure; A/V and videoconferencing reliable across our four offices; outside experts engaged where it makes sense.; Scale IT support — write runbooks and knowledge articles that enable AI-powered self-service and delegate Tier 0 troubleshooting to office managers.; Wire automation and AI into how we work — combine deterministic automation and outcome-oriented agentic AI to remove toil, freeing the rest of Suno to focus on making creative fulfillment a daily reality for everyone.
